6 Pcs Hand craft shell caviar spoon 2.5 Inches

First world complaint: My caviar spoons are boring! But… well, yep, these indeed are. As others here have pointed out, this set offers very little color variation of the shell. Out of the 6 spoons I received, only a 1/4” area on the handle of one single spoon has a hint of richer, darker tones. Otherwise these are incredibly uniform looking (which Is not the ideal presentation if you’re a host concerned your guests may momentarily take you as some yokel using, gasp, plastic). I needed them quickly, the price was right and so the color issue didn’t particularly bother me. So no real gripes, save for the packaging is a bit scant and includes 0 info on their origin, materials, or care. But as for people complaining they’re “too small”, well most caviar spoons are quite tiny, by design, and the listing clearly states they’re 2.5”—they didn’t even force us Americans to convert from centimeters—so it’s rather unfair to leave poor reviews due to simply failing to grasp how very dinky two and a half inches will look. Each of the spoons I received were smooth, no flaws or irregularities, and they work as intended: to both scoop caviar from its jar and to serve it onto your blini, cracker or edible delivery system of your choice. With gentle hand washing, I anticipate having them for years to come as I’d rather spend money on delicious food than fancy/more attractive accessories. One day when my ship rolls in, I may graduate to a higher-end spoon, but these do the job and I’m not at all disappointed in my purchase. Heirloom quality Mother of Pearl these are not. But at this modest price point vs quality they’re more than serviceable.
