Dexter Outdoors 7″ Fillet Knife

Use this knife on several type of fish (flounder, tautog, striped bass….) If you want a general knife for a variety of species this is a great knife with usual Dexter quality. If you are cutting the same fish all the time, in quantities (ie. work on a boat or fish house etc…), I would go for a knife for that specific species. As an all-around general fillet knife this one is excellent for the more casual user who only wants to buy one knife.
