Paint pads in three convenient shapes to get into corners or to paint slim areas, in this way they are better than other paint pads I’ve used which were large rectangular shapes.They work well. We do most of our own building and maintenance of the deck and house and used them first in the house (with water-based paint) and then on the deck (oil-based deck stain).The concept is good, traditional brushes suck a lot of paint up the bristle to where it doesn’t touch the surface they’re painting. These pads hold all the paint close to the surface so it’s much more efficient.But… if you are using oil-based paints and don’t get them completely clean with a lot of solvent, you can’t use them again. This not only is hard on mother nature (I try to avoid disposables but didn’t notice these were one-time use pads when I ordered them), but wasteful.If I could replace the brush-pad I would probably buy these again because the shapes are good for nooks and crannies, but for now I’ll stick with brands with replaceable pads.
