I love these, I got them to strap down a full-size spare in my hatchback car that doesn’t have a spare tire well, and they work well for that. I also use them to strap down a standard hydraulic floor jack on long trips. They’re obnoxiously bright, which is what I wanted, because when they’re not in use in the car, I don’t want them to be easy to lose.I haven’t done it yet, but I’m likely going to trim down the 4 straps used on the tire and jack to just as long as they’re needed and then use the cutoffs for other hold down purposes. They cost little enough that I don’t mind modifying them.Coming with a storage bag is a plus.They grip/hold well so far, but if they start slipping, I’ll update my review.
